Instruction to Candidates
Candidates are requested to read the instruction carefully . Please
check your name and serial number in Admitted Students List (to be
published on 28.07.2023 after 6pm in the admission website)
Candidates must come to College only on date and time specified in the Notice.

1. Guardians will not be allowed to enter the verification venue.

2. Each candidate must come with the following document -
a) Print out of Admission Form (to be submitted to College)
b) Admission Fees Payment Challan (to be submitted to College)
c) Class X Admit Card (original)
d) Class XII Admit Card (original)
e) Class XII Marksheet (original)
 f) Original School Leaving / Character certificate (to be submitted to College)
g) Caste Certificate / EWS Certificate, where applicable (original and in
Candidate’s name)
h) Aadhar Card (original)
i) Two recent passport size photo
j) Original Transfer Certificate (where applicable)
3. Print out / photocopies of the following documents must be arranged in the order as
stated below –
a) Print out of Admission Form (one copy)
b) Print out of Admission Fee Payment Challan (one copy)
c) Photocopy of Class X Admit Card (1 copy)
d) Photocopy of Class XII Admit Card (1 copy)
e) Photocopy of Class XII Marksheet (1 copy)
f) Original School Leaving Certificate or Characater Certificate
g) Photocopy of Caste Certificate or EWS Certificate, where applicable (1 copy)
h) Photocopy of Aadhar Card (1 copy)
i) Original Transfer Certificate, where applicable

4. Candidates who cannot produce Original School Leaving Certificate must come with a
letter as per the given format –

5. All photocopies must be attested by Head of Institution last attended. If any student
cannot get attestation of the Head of the Institution last attended then a letter with
the following declaration must be submitted along with the self attested
photocopies.

6. Candidates who cannot get attestation done by Head of Institution last attended
must do self attestation on all photocopies.

7. There is space for Guardian Signature (last page) in the Admission Form. Candidates
must get the signature done by their Guardians before submitting the Admission
Form. No Guardian will be allowed to enter the verification venue.

8. Candidates must also sign in the admission form (last page) before submitting the
same to College.

9. All candidates must come with their own stationery items – paper, pen, stapler,
glue. No such items will be provided by the College.

Please note –You are requested to follow the instruction stated above and come with
documents in the given order. This will save our time and we can serve you fast. If you
fail to come without any ORIGINAL DOCUMENT (other than School Leaving Certificate)
your photocopied documents will not be accepted and admission will stand cancelled.

No admission can take place without print out of Admission Form, Admission Fee
Payment Challan and photocopies.
