Project Description:
This project is for Reliance non employees, including employee details, salary and Leaves structure. It
also maintains non employee’s attendance with leave policies.
Card printing also available in different formats.
Event messages, Birthday messages also included in this project.
Daily Attendance of non-employees also available, it is fetched from EURONET. Security can assign/
reassign card, Area of movements including gate profiles with different facility codes to any workmen in
Euronet.
Biometric details also possible after registration. It includes finger scan, eye scan, photo etc. Black listing
also possible through BRIBS.

Project Description:
It includes Position Creation, Position Viewing, Recruitment, Position Deletion, and Candidate On boarding.
Position Creation: New position requirement is received by central HR, Central HR logins into system and
opens create position section.
Position Viewing: When user logs in, the home screen visible is the View Position screen. In this screen,
the user can check the details of the positions currently created for the SCRUM system.
Recruitment: There is an integration with the HOT system which will handle the recruitment process.
The HOT system queries the position records in SCRUM based on the I-Code.
In response it gets count of Positions for the I Code HR Unit in the form R-A-O-G where R is
required, A is Available, O is Offered & G is Gap.
Position Deletion: The HR user has permission to delete a position basis offline confirmation
process.
The steps for the same are as below:
Adjacent to Position records, a link to delete will appear if Candidate ID and SCRUM ID are
blank.
Tooltip to be shown saying Candidate ID and SCRUM ID need to be blank for deleting
position
Candidate On boarding: After process is completed in HOT, the details will be sent back to SCRUM
for on boarding the candidates.

All the Work order related details are entered in the SAP system by respective Engineering In- charge
After approvals of concern, he can fetch work order in REP.
User can map work order related details in Various SAP/Tibco servers like RP2, P10, P92, P90 etc.

This project deals with online membership in which user takes membership of IDA. It maintains all
history about member details. The main attraction of that site is IDA contains 24 State Branch and
approximately 190 of Local Branches. Members sends their forms to State branch, local branch or direct
to head office through online or offline for type of membership they want i.e.
Annual, Life, Student, Affiliate members.
