and Possession Holder of the given flat.

Sir,

On behalf and under instructions of my client MR. DATTARAM GOPAL

BATE, Son of Mr. GOPAL BATE, an adult, Indian, Inhabitant having Adhar
Card No. 762493234313 residing at _______, I have to address you as
under:-

1. My client states that my client has is a elder son of MR. GOPAL BATE
who is a Owner of the said flat.

2. My client states that during the life spent of MR. GOPAL BATE had
made clearance of the disputes of the properties belong to him and
which comes under the legal heirs on him.

3. My client states that MR. GOPAL BATE had made a GIFT DEED,
POWER OF ATTORNERY and AFFIDAVIT in favour of my client by
giving him abovesaid flat property.

4. My client states that due to the financial difficulty he had not

transferred the said flat at that time on his name and kept as it is.

5. My client states that now when the builder came for the development
of the said flat and other hutments of the abovesaid flat area, the legal
heirs and wife of the MR. GOPAL BATE appears before builder office to

take the shares and benefit of the said flat which already was cleared
and given by MR. GOPAL BATE to MR. DATTARAM GOPAL BATE.

6. My client states that due to the indifferentiate between siblings of my

client and mother for the disputes of the said flat due to the
development of the said flat.

7. My client state that as per the documents he is owner of the said flat

Under the above circumstances my client instructed me to issue

this notice which I 9hereby do and call upon you, to make a payment of
dishonouredcheque i.e. Rs. 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakh Rupees Only) as
well as cost of this Legal Notice of Rs. 15,000/- WITHIN FIFTEEN (15)
DAYSfrom the receipt of this legal notice thereof, failing which my client
has no option but to proceed against you in the Court of Law U/sec.138
of N.I. Act, for which there is a punishment for two (2) years
imprisonment and doubled the cheque amount i.e. Rs.20,00,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) and U/sec. 420 of Indian Penal Code for
which the punishment is Seven (7) years vigorous imprisonment and
you will be solely responsible for costs and consequences of such
proceedings, which please note very seriously.

This is without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies

available to our client for the above-stated purpose.
