DEED OF EXCHANGE/BARTER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed is entered into by and between:
ROWENA LUNA UGAD, Filipino, single, and resident of Zone
14, Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan; (“Rowna”)
And
BRIAN FRANCISCO BINALLA, Filipino, single, and resident
of Purok Pagasa, Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City, Palwan,
and DONNA JARME, also a , Filipino, single, and resident of
Purok Pagasa, Brgy. Irawan, Puerto Princesa City, Palwan.

WITNESSETH:
That Rowena owns a motor vehicle (a motorcycle) with Certificate of
Registration No. 265352500, with Engine No. KYA01E010396 and Chassis No.
KYA01010315 registered on 23 May 2017 with the Land Transportation Office (LTO
R4B) in Palawan.
That BRIAN and Donna are actual occupant of the parcel of agricultural land
with an area of three hundred fifty (350) square meters, more or less, as certified by
Brgy. Irawan dated 21 October 2018.
That the parties agreed to swap, exchange and barter the motorcycle for the 150-
meter portion of the land.
NOW THEREFORE, FOR and IN CONSIDERATION of the motorcycle with
Certificate of Registration No. 265352500, with Engine No. KYA01E010396 and Chassis
No. KYA01010315, BRIAN FRANCISCO BINALLA and DONNA JARME, agree to
swap, exchange and barter the 150-meter portion of the land they occupy to Rowena;
and FOR and IN CONSIDERATION of the 150-meter portion of the land, ROWENA
LUNA UGAD, agrees to swap, exchange and barter the motorcycle with Certificate of
Registration No. 265352500, with Engine No. KYA01E010396 and Chassis No.
KYA01010315 to BRIAN and DONNA.
THIS DEED is entered into a “as is where is basis” and no guarantee is given by
respective parties except the truthfulness of their respective claims over the properties
they barter.
