1. 7 working days after receipts of all necessary inputs and commercially acceptable PO.

PRICE:
We propose following lump sum price as follows:

B-2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.The estimations are based on the enquiry and inputs provided. Price will vary, if there is any deviation / change in
scope of work.

2.Actual Time Required to Solve Case will be higher on account of Communication & Discussion Hours.
3.Taxes: All Taxes, Duties, Bank Transfer Charges (Inward/ Outward) applicable has to be borne by customer.

4.Payment Terms: Advance 50% of Total cost, 25% on 1st submission & 25 % after final submission.

5.The payment has to be made by customer within 02 weeks from the date of receipt of Invoice.

6.Offer Validity: The offered price is valid for 02 weeks from the offer submission date.
