communication is not only a key component of successful global leadership, but it can also help
foster understanding between cultures and create an environment where everyone feels respected
and values. In the workplace, effective communication is the lighthouse guiding the ship to
success. It empowers leaders to communicate their visions, expectations, and goals clearly to
their employees, who in turn are more motivated and aligned in their efforts when they
understand the bigger picture. Effective leadership communication also inspires trust and loyalty
ensures team members can share ideas, give feedback, and work seamlessly together towards a
common objective.

condition of our existence and our most important activity (Bhatia, 2013). People need to
communicate for survival either at individual or organizational level. In this competitive world
effective communication plays a very critical role in ensuring organizations perform effectively
and maintain their success in a workplace. Communication skills are important in all human

workplace, there are many individuals who find that there is a limit to their communication skills
that they seem to have reached a stumbling block in their progress (Shonubi and Ankintaro,
2016). Therefore , because organizations today are becoming more diverse and multicultural it is
important that all managers understand the major trends and dimensions of diversity and
issues and disagreements constructively and respectfully, that leading to mutually beneficial
solutions. Lastly effective communication enhances career growth, as it sets individuals apart in
competitive job markets. The ability to express ideas clearly, engage in meaningful conversations
and make compelling presentations can help individuals rise to leadership positions (Aranya,
2023).
