ORDER:

In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General, Anti-Corruption

Bureau has informed that Sri K. Nagendra Prasad, Inspector of Police, ACB, Eluru

Range, Eluru is nominated for appointment as Presenting Officer to present the

case before the Inquiring Authority and requesting to furnish a copy of orders

appointing Presenting Officer, for taking further action in the matter.

2. In the circumstance stated by the Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau,

after careful examination of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred
under Sub-Rule (5) (c) of Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification,

Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991, Government hereby appoint Sri K. Nagendra

Prasad, Inspector of Police, ACB, Eluru Range, Eluru as Presenting Officer to

present the case before the Inquiring Authority for initiation of departmental action

against Sri Kuchipudi Srinivasa Rao, Ex-Assistant Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL,

Khandrika Narasimhapuram Village, Denduluru Mandal, Eluru Sub-Division, West

Godavari dist., now working as Assistant Engineer, Operation, Kunavaram,

Rampachodavaram.

3. The Director General, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Andhra Pradesh is requested to

take further necessary action in the matter.
