Dear LWML Historians,

With the end of year quickly approaching it is time once again to submit your society’s historical
information for the Zone and District files. Please fill out the enclosed form with your society’s
2022 information. Keep a copy for your files and send a copy to me along with two (2) copies of
your yearbook. I will keep a copy in the Zone files and send one on to the District.
If you have other information about your society you would like to include, that would be great.
They ask that you put the information together using no metal fasteners. If you include
pictures be sure to include names, dates, and information about the event.
Please try to send me the information ASAP after year end.
