As per the requirement from our Client M/s. Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd., your notice period with
Unified Signalling and Transportation Systems Pvt. Ltd. in case of your resignation has been
amended from 1 Month to 3 Months.

All other terms and conditions of your employment as stipulated in your appointment letter or
subsequent modifications thereof remain unchanged and will be governed by the company’s HR
Policies prevalent at that time.
