QUESTIONS.

1. From each of the created accounts, highlight the size of storage given by
cloud storage service provider and state whether it is free or subscription in
nature.
2. From each of the created accounts, highlight the size of used storage as at
this moment.
3. Considering part (1) and part (2) above, state a free space for each of the
created accounts.
4. Suppose your given storage as portrayed in part (1) above is totally full, what
will happen if you want to add more files in your clouds?
5. Considering the answers in part (4) above, please suggest the two possible
ways to overcome the situation.
ANSWERS

1. The size of storage given by each clouds service provider are;

Google drive provide 15GB
Drop box provide 2GB and
One drive provide 5GB
All the created accounts are free in nature.
2. From the created accounts the size of used storage are;
Google drive 1.1GB
Drop box 1.1 GB
One drive 1.1GB
3. The free space for each of the created account are
Google drive 13.9 GB
Drop box 0.9 GB
One drive 3.9 GB
4. If the storage from the given account is full, the clouds will not be able to
add anymore file because its capacity has come to limit.
5. From the answer in part 4, the two possible way to overcome the
situation are;
I. Free up space by deleting some of the existing files.
II. By subscription to add more storage.
