O R D E R:

In the reference read above, the Finance (EBS.III) Department have issued a

Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,35,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Thirty Five

Lakh Only) Scheme as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury control & quarterly

regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary estimates at an

appropriate time during 2022-23 under the Scheme of Construction of Hostels for

OBCs.

2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference read above, Government

hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4,35,00,000/- (Rupees Four

Crore Thirty Five Lakh Only) Scheme as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury

control & quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining

Supplementary estimates at an appropriate time during 2022-23 under the following

Head of Account as detailed below:

3. The Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take

necessary further action as per the instructions issued by the Finance (BG.I)

Department in U.O. Note No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.I/2006, Dated.25-11-2006.
