Mr. Cherick and Ms. Muawad,

You have requested to terminate your lease dated February 25, 2023 at the above referenced
property due to being relocated with your job. You will vacate the property by November 30,
2023, remove all belongings and leave the property in broom swept condition. You have forfeited
the security deposit of $700.00 for terminating the lease early and without 2 months notice.
