Electric House Systems(EHS) is a subsidiary of Electric House Establishment, it was established as an engineering system integrator of Industrial automation, building
automation, Security systems energy efficiency and solar solutions provider with highest quality of products and services targeting various segments in Saudi Arabia.

History & Background

Electric House Establishment was founded in 1955; Nearly 60 years of supply and 25 years of manufacturing of high-
quality electrical material, partner with reputable national and multinational OEMs.
As a quick response to market needs to Automation, safety and security systems; Electric House Systems was established
at 2008 in Jeddah. The company was part of Power centre factory, and was early recognized as Power Centre
Automation, as a small division of the factory.
In 2016, as part of the expansion plan, Power centre automation Division has grown and was founded as a sister company to Electric House establishment, under name of
Electric House Systems Co.

Now Electric House systems has more than 140 project sites across the kingdom with more than 25 dedicated employees and engineers, coming from different
background and excellent experience to deliver highest quality of services.

An Energy Audit is the first step in order to achieve the Energy Efficiency goal. Information received through, can be used to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decrease energy
costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change and energy sustainability.
EHS has established itself as a qualified and licensed Energy Auditing company. Our highly trained and certified professional engineers are capable of conducting Energy Audits and
generating reports with recommendations on energy saving opportunities.

EHS conducts energy auditing services according the ASHREA standards and covers all audit levels:

LEVEL - 1

Walk-through Energy Audit: Whole Building Energy Use (WBEU) analysis based on the analysis of the historic utility use and costs and the comparison of the performances of the buildings to those of similar
buildings. Identify not only simple and low-cost improvements but also a list of energy conservation measures (ECMs, or energy conservation opportunities, ECOs) to orient the future detailed audit. This
inspection is based on visual verifications, study of installed equipment and operating data and detailed analysis of recorded energy consumption collected during the benchmarking phase

LEVEL - 2

Detailed/General Energy Audit: This level of analysis can involve advanced on-site measurements and analysis. Utility bills are collected for a 12- to 24-month period to allow the auditor to evaluate the facility's
energy demand rate structures, energy usage profiles, power factor and load factor. A detailed financial analysis (ROI and paybacks) is performed for each measure based on detailed implementation cost estimates;
site-specific operating cost savings, and the customer's investment criteria. Sufficient detail including technology is provided to justify the project implementation.

LEVEL - 2

Investment-Grade Detailed Survey & Analysis Audit: Detailed Analysis of Capital-Intensive Modifications focusing on potential costly ECOs requiring rigorous engineering study and simulations. The
investment-grade audit expands on the detailed audit described above and relies on a complete engineering study in order to detail technical and economical issues necessary to justify the high
investment related to the transformations.
