    Sir,

    With Due Respect According to above mentioned Subject, it is Stated that The Following
    Indicators of MSDS at BHU 539/9R have been completed till now.

    1. All Pena flex of MSDS Completed.


    2. All Register of MSDS Completed.
    3. All Nameplates and Direction Boards Completed.

    Now The Remaining work like, (400ft Boundary wall, UPS Batteries, Maintenance of
    Roads, Vehicle Parking, Baby infant Warmer, PHC Registration etc.) not completed till non-availability of
    budget. And the vender could not any response in this regard.
