June’ 21 – Present Senior Consultant, Finance Transformation & GBS, Ernst & Young
Designed and managed implementation for process optimisation and
operating model transformation for the Indian subsidiary of a global alco-bev
organisation
• Discovered and assessed 750+ current state finance processes performed
by 175+ individuals across AP, AR, Reporting, GL Accounting, Treasury,
MDM, Tax, etc. with a focus on Customer Management & Trade Schemes
Processes. Identified transformation initiatives leading to benefit of INR
160 million over 5 years through process automation and optimisation.
• Harmonised, designed and implemented future state processes, ways of
working, organisation design, service delivery framework, governance
framework, change management and communications ensuring minimal
disruption to internal and external customers while aiming to improve
vendor and customer experience across RTM types.
Managed implementation of SSC setup for a Middle Eastern Defence
Conglomerate
