I am *****, founder of the ****. This community comprises of different

groups of *** within *** City and it is our advocacy to promote involvement
in physical sports. To that effect, we are conducting the first of the ***
Challenge series entitled “***” As this is considered a strenuous and
extreme sport, I am writing this letter to request for standby volunteer-
rescuers and an ambulance unit should there be any untoward incidents
during the day of the race. Lunch and drinks will be provided for the
volunteers.
