Mr./Ms. Muhammad Noman Tahir Tahir Hussain (the “Employee” or “you”), & Ms. Arab Land Contracting LLC
the “Employer”) (together referred to as the “Parties”)

The terms and conditions for this Offer as follows:

1. Job Title: LABOR

2. Scope of Work
As defined as the job description, which may be updated from time to time by the Employer and perform
any additional duties assigned or directed by Supervisors and Project Managers.

3. Remuneration (Salary will be paid in local currency)

Basic Salary : AED 475/-
Other Allowance : AED 475/-
Accommodation : will be provided by the company
Transportation : will be provided by the company
Total Salary : AED 950/- (Nine Hundred Fifty Only)

4. Benefits
a.) Your benefits include 60 days granted after serving two (2) continuous years
b.) Economy Class Return Ticket (Dubai–Home Country-Dubai) will be provided after completion of
Two Years continuous service
c.) Medical Insurance

5. Working Hours
Shall be (48) hours per week while, when necessary, you will be required to work longer.

6. Probation
Your work performance will be examined and monitored for a period of 6 month from the date of joining,
while as UAE federal Labor Law the company has the right to terminate your contract without notice if
your work performance not meeting with the management satisfaction.

7. Termination of Contract/Resignation
Either you or the Company may terminate this contract by giving one-month (30 days) notice. In case if
you are resigning before completion of the first labor contract (2years) or after visa renewal so all the
entire expenses towards visa processing shall be payable by you.

8. Unauthorized days of absence

Days of absence without official medical report or prior written approval from Company’s Management
shall be construed as direct violation of this contract. In such event and pursuant to the Federal Law
referred to above, the company reserves its rights to Terminate your services without notice or deduct
two days remuneration for every day of unauthorized absence.

9. Indemnity
Shall be paid as per UAE Federal Labor Law.

10. Acceptance
This Offer letter will be a part of the service contract when you confirm in writing your acceptance of the
above.
