INTRODUCTION Procedures contained herein are laid down as guidelines to carry out Crossings construction and Free span corrections for the newly laid pipelines in the Mumbai High field for the RSPPM project. Provailing site conditions may necessitate minor changes in the way the operations are carried out. These amendments, if any, shall be carried out at the discretion of the DOEL Diving Superintendent, in consultation with the onboard client representative. Crossing construction and Free Span correction shall conform to Pipeline Design Criteria Section 4A & 4B of ONGC spec 2015 rev 1, Max allowable tree span for a pipeline segment in straight and curved sections shall be as per data given in AFC pipeline alignment sheets.
