MOTION FOR EXECUTION

Plaintiff, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully alleges that:

1. On November 09, 2023, a judgment was rendered by the Court, the dispositive
portion of which reads:

“Wherefore, WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Court orders

defendant AGNES GARCIA LUSTRE to pay in favor of plaintiff JENIE
DE LEON SERRANO the following:

1) The amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php

123,000.00) with interest rate of 6% per annum from final demand, until
fully paid;
2) The amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Five (Php
2,735) as Cost of Suit.

SO ORDERED.”

2. The judgment is final, executory and unappealable.

3. The defendant has not complied with the judgment.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that a WRIT OF EXECUTION be

issued to implement the judgment of the Court dated November 09, 2023.
