Hello everyone! This video is about doing a peer review.

1 By the end of this lesson, you can present what you should do to participate in a
peer review activity.
Basically, there are two main stages in the peer review process: Submission phase,
2 which must be done in 7 days and assessment phase, which must be done in 7
days.
Firstly, at the submission phase, you will choose ONE topic, write between 150-
200 words and then submit your paragraph to ELO LMS:

English.
2 Write a descriptive paragraph about your food.

After the submission phase, you will be randomly assigned to comment on 3 other
peers’ papers based on 4 aspects and an overall assessment.
Aspect 1: Content
• Does the writer write a strong topic sentence ?
4 • Does the writer write relevant supporting details?
• Does the writer write a good concluding sentence?
Aspect 2: Organization
• Does the writer organize the paragraph with clear transitional words?
• Does the writer link ideas between sentences well?
Aspect 3: Vocabulary
• Does the writer use a wide range of vocabulary?
• Does the writer use the correct word form?
Aspect 4: Grammar
• Does the writer use correct sentence structures and verb forms?
• Does the writer use different grammar structures?
Overall
