Auxiliary point abnormality alarm

After pressing the start button, the ST522 alarm light comes on. After checking the alarm information, it is found that there is an "auxiliary point
abnormality" alarm. This is because the controller detects that the auxiliary point of the contactor connected to 1DI has not changed after starting.
Troubleshooting method: Please carefully check whether the status of the contactor connected to the controller is correct, or why the contact has
not changed.

3. The control authority displayed in the lower right corner of ST522 does not change after the transfer switch is switched.

(1) Check whether the "Control Permission" in the "Parameter Settings" menu is "Prohibited".

(2) Check whether the transfer switch connected to 9DI is switching normally. You can use DI under the "Run Data" menu status view.

4. After pressing the start button, the motor has no response and cannot be started.

(1) If the interface displays "Wiring Error", follow the above method to check first.

(2) Check whether there is a fault. If there is a fault, clear it and reset it first.

(3) Check whether the control authority displayed in the lower right corner of ST522 is consistent with the start command authority.

(4) The product displays "cooling" and can be started after cooling. It can also be started again after clearing the heat capacity through the
emergency stop button of the DI or the "stop + reset" key combination on the display panel.

(5) After the above checks are correct, check whether the start command is valid. Start the module and check whether "Parameter Settings -
System Parameters - Keyboard Start and Stop" is enabled; DI starts and checks whether the DI signal is valid;

Start communication, check whether the communication is established normally and whether the communication messages are normal;

If the start signal is sent normally, check whether the start DO output is normal. If there is output, please check the control circuit wiring.

5. Protection does not move

(1) Check whether the three-phase current detected by the product is normal.

(2) Check whether the current status of the product is "Start or Stop".

(3) Check whether the protection is engaged. Check the protection parameters in "Protection Settings" under the "Parameter Settings" menu,
whether it needs to be reset, please follow the "Protection Setting Menu and Function Introduction" to set it.

(4) Check whether there is any abnormality in the faulty relay.

6. The product reports a "starting timeout fault" after starting and cannot enter the running state.

(1) Check whether the rated current parameter setting is consistent with the rated current on the motor nameplate.

(2) Whether the starting time is set too short.

7. Unable to enter parameter settings

(1) The password is incorrect, the product parameter setting password is "0500".

(2) The product is in the starting state or running state.

8. After starting, the fault light flashes and "Please check the circuit breaker position, CT and rated current settings" is reported.

(1) There is no current in the motor, which will not affect the closing of the contactor. This is a normal phenomenon during debugging (without
load).
