Our organization's mission is to keep our customers connected and independent in


their daily lives. We uphold all our values including communication, quality,
accountability, integrity, and stewardship to ensure our quality of service.

We’re connecting people to their friends, family and critical services because we believe
in connection and independence for everyone.

so the organization is called, ClearCaptions it was founded in 2011 with a driving force to serve
the hard-of-hearing community. It strive to bring value and improve the lives of our customers.

Making communication easier is our passion. We believe in providing the highest levels of
service and products to our customers.

2. Yes, it is by monthy evaluations, to make sure that we are being consistent in


achieving our goal or mission.

3. The organization pay attention to delivering accurate calls to customer to make sure
we stay true and committed with our goal or mission.

4. The organization measure it through internal and external evaluations per month.
Which consists of 16 external evaluations with 95% target score, and 2 internal
evaluations with 96% target score.
5. It’s goal is to make communication easier and providing the highest levels of service
and products that bridge communication barriers to promote social connections for our
customers and their families using a caption phone or mobile app.
6. The organization deliver its service for 8 hours, 5 times a week.
7. I noticed that its a fast paced organizations, it's important to deliver great service in a
daily manner and monthly basis in achieving its target results, im order to deliver the
best experience to our customers.
8. The time horizons served as a basis that can affect how the company will achieve its
goal or objectives.
