Service issue :
1 To arrange maker's service Technician for service of 15ppm unit 1 Rp 6.000.000 Rp 6.000.000
equipment and check the accuracy. The details of Monitor Units are as follows:
15 ppm MONITOR SENSOR- BILGE ALARM OCD CM
During calibration if any component is found to be defective to be renewed.
The certificate to be issued for calibration work carried out

Action taken :
1 Provide technicians to calibration 15 PPM meter on board
2 Checking and ensuring the performance of the PPM meter unit, calibrations
3 Checking and ensuring the performance of the display monitor PPM meter
4 Check and ensure the condition of the alarm 1 dan alarm 2 switch in PPM meter unit
5 Record calibration results, make certificates and reports
6 Install it back into the ship and terminate its cable
7 Perform commissioning tests

Notes:
1 the job is only to calibrate the PPM meter unit
2 does not include repairs to the electrical control system and mechanics of the Oily water separator system
3 Excludes spare parts and installation costs
4 does not include transportation and accommodation costs

1 Provide technicians to calibration 40 PPM monitor on board
2 Checking and ensuring the performance of the PPM meter unit, calibrations
3 Checking and ensuring the performance of the display monitor PPM meter
4 Check and ensure the condition of the alarm 1 dan alarm 2 switch in PPM meter unit
5 Record calibration results, make certificates and reports
6 Install it back into the ship and terminate its cable
7 Perform commissioning tests

30 Days from the date of this quote and is, by notice, subject to change at anytime.
Cancelation – If any happened cancellation of order we will charge 20% after drawing approval,
70% after Major component purchased and 100% when equipment is assembled.
