SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EVELYN E. RAHON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and residing at Doña
Juana Village, Pala-o, Iligan City, do hereby name and appoint my daughter,
ROSE BELLE E. RAHON-SUCGANG, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and
residing at 063 Zone 10, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, as my lawful attorney-in-
fact to act on my behalf with regard to the following matter:

1. To present and provide any documentation necessary to verify my

ownership of the property described as follows:

2. To use and/or utilize the aforementioned property in her name as

lending institution in connection with the loan;

3. To represent me in all matters related to securing a loan from a financial

institution or any other lending entity, including but not limited to banks,
credit unions, and other financial organizations;

4. To execute and sign all necessary loan application forms, agreements,

promissory notes, security documents, and any other legal documents
required by the lending institution for the purpose of obtaining the loan;

5. To receive any and all funds disbursed by the lending institution and to
sign any documents necessary for the release of said loan;

6. To do any and all acts necessary or incidental to the above, including but
not limited to negotiating terms, providing additional documentation, and
engaging in discussions or correspondence with the lending institution.

I hereby grant my daughter, ROSE BELLE E. RAHON-SUCGANG, full

power and authority to do and perform any act necessary to carry out the
above-mentioned matters. This Special Power of Attorney shall remain in full
force and effect until such time as I revoke this power in writing.
 I hereby ratify and confirm all acts and deeds undertaken by my daughter,
ROSE BELLE E. RAHON-SUCGANG, in connection with the matters stated
above, and I agree to indemnify and hold her harmless for any actions taken in
good faith on my behalf.

This Special Power of Attorney is made in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines and shall be binding upon me and my successors.
