Applying
Visit our website to find out how to apply to Federation.
As the student visa process is complex, we strongly encourage all international applicants to find a reliable agent through our
agents list.
Students must apply through an agent if they are from:
• India
• Nepal
• Pakistan
• Lebanon
Students from other countries can apply directly, however, having an agent to assist with applications is advised and
preferred.
Qualified education agents can help you to complete the application form and will deal directly with Federation on your
behalf.
Successful applicants will receive an Offer of Admission and information on how to accept the offer. After acceptance of the
offer and payment of fees, the University will send the student a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) form. The student will need
the CoE when applying a student visa.
Due to the need to undergo pre-visa screening and apply for a student visa, international students must stick to strict cut-off
dates. We recommend you apply as early as possible to allow enough time for processing.
For information about the Cut-off dates please see below link
https://federation.edu.au/international/study-at-federation/apply/after-you-apply/cut-off-dates

Scholarships
Federation offers an International Excellence Scholarship and an Accommodation Scholarship for students commencing
undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Further information and eligibility requirements are available on the International

RPL/Credit Transfer
Applications for RPL/Credit Transfer will be processed if the necessary documentation is included with your application. To
apply for RPL/Credit transfers you will need to include the syllabus and transcripts from the studies which you have
