BUBBLE TEA & PATISSERIE BUSINESS

MISSION
We strive to provide customers with adroitly crafted comestibles, that have been rendered to
satisfy our client’s sophisticated palates. In addition to what was said, we aim to please all parties
involved in our organization, as well as product line.

DISTINCTIVENESS
Though many aspiring entrepreneurs have decided to jump on the bandwagon and join the bubble
tea industry, our business still possesses it’s own sense of individuality in the form of our unique
products, engaging atmosphere, and well-constructed facilities. Our commercial operations may be
limited inside the school, but our product-line, that is marketed under our brand, provides our
business with the desirable qualities of uniqueness.

TARGET MARKET
Our business’s core audience consists of mostly the youth, but a huge percentage of our target
demographic also includes workers, students, and bubble tea enthusiasts.

COMPETITION
Key competition and commercial adversaries may include well-established businesses within the
immediate vicinity of our establishment whose product-line consists mostly of bubble-tea and
commodities of the similar type. Opposition may also come in the form of set franchises or local
shops that have already been lionized by the local population.

PRODUCTS OFFERED
Since our business falls under both the bubble tea and grain-based food industry, our product-line
will comprise mostly of bubble tea, as well as patisseries such as cookies, brownies, and bread.

MARKETING STRATEGY
Marketing is an essential component when it comes to promoting newly fabricated products, as
the marketing tactics employed by a specific business is what gives them the advantage in the
open market. For our business, we wish to apply the following marketing strategies to promote our
commodities:

1. Use of social media mediums - by capitalizing on the popular social media mediums being used

by our target demographic, we will be able to advertise our products and garner the attention
of our intended clientele.
2. Referral marketing (word of mouth marketing) - by using one of the oldest tactics in the book,
we will be able to get our clients to advertise our products in a way that will accumulate
attention.
3. Involving the target audience - involving the core audience promotes a positive bond within
the client base, thus encouraging customers to remain loyal.

CAPITAL RESOURCES
As mentioned earlier, business operations and endeavors are extremely limited within the school,
and since we will be relying on a single product-line as a source of income, we would also have to
rely on individual investments. After meeting our set figure required to satisfy startup costs, we
will pour our acquired capital into production and marketing.

ESTIMATED INCOME
After running commercial operations, we expect to make an estimated financial gain of 1050 php
per day given 15 customers purchase just bubble tea. In a week that would be 7350 php, and in a
month the figure would amount up to 22,050 php. If we were to expand our estimates, in a year we
would earn 264,600 php, which adds up to 529,200 in two years, and 793,800 in three years.
