Year 4 Sentence List

Unit 4
Our independence day falls on 31st August.
I decorate the living rooms with my dad and brother.
We are going to celebrate my brother's birthday next week.
We also played fireworks with our cousins.
There were many people at the national parade.
My brother and I usually stay up on the new year's eve.
Xiaowei received a special gift on his birthday.
All the relatives got together to celebrate my 12th birthday

Unit 6
You have to be careful on the road at all time.,
Remember to wear a helmet when you ride a bike.
You must keep yourself safe when you are on the road.
Always follow the rules to keep yourself safe.

Unit 7
1 We learnt that it is important to protect the earth.
2 Fateh and Sue were busy picking up trash.
3 It was such a meaning/meaningful day.

7 Besides that, it has sharp claws that help them hunt

Unit 9
1 He is one of the football players in the school team .
2 John and I had a lot of fun playing badminton together.
3 Doing exercise can keep our body healthy.
5 I think basketball is the most exciting sport.
6 We need helmets, gloves and pad to play cricket.
7 He won the champion in the 200 metres race.
8 His parents are proud of him
9 Dato Lee Chong Wei is a famous badminton player.
10 She is good at jumping high.
11 I enjoy playing squash with my cousin.
12 I enjoy jogging in the park

Unit 10

1 I did not feel well after I came back from school

2 I think the burger I ate this morning made me sick.
3 My mother took me to a clinic.
5 The doctor examined my body.
6 The doctor said I was having a fever.
7 I told the doctor that I was also having a cough.
8 The doctor, Mr Lam, gave me some medicine.
9 He told me to get plenty of rest.
10 I learnt that we must eat hygienic food.
