Blitz enables Same-Day Delivery for eCommerce brands & marketplaces to provide the best on-time experiences to
their customers.

DESCRIPTION
Blitz aims to simplify scalability & unlock the growth of new-age eCommerce brands by making Same-Day delivery
more convenient, reliable & easy to implement. Same-Day Delivery helps brands with higher conversion rates on
their websites, serves as a competitive advantage, and reduces working capital challenges.

Our offerings include website integration to commit the right fulfillment timelines to the users based on their
location as well as backend infrastructure to support Same-Day Delivery needs like inventory orchestration &
on-time deliveries the very same day. There are more than 1 lakh sellers & 25 thousand brands which require this
experience across their sales channels.

We are looking for a highly motivated goal-oriented individual to join our Key Account Management team in
Bangalore. The role will require a high level of ownership & strategic thinking toward helping customers Blitzscale
to their next milestone. The successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment by being a
self-starter and an excellent decision-maker who can keep calm and perform under pressure situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Building and maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
● Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
● Efficient & Smooth Onboarding of Customers by sharing in-depth knowledge of our products and services
● Proactive updates across stakeholders– Delayed Delivery, Holiday, business impact updates etc.
● Maintaining SLA – Meeting On Time Delivery % & Delivery TATs % aligning all stakeholders for it
● Increasing Wallet Share of the customers with Grow Simplee– Increase in business Month on Month
● Handling customer escalations-preparing RCA and providing the solution
● Resolving clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
● Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
● The ideal candidate will be numbers-driven, team-oriented, an effective communicator, have the desire to
participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. He/she
should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship
management skills. An understanding of, and passion for, e-commerce is highly desired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience


● Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
● Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal
partners in a professional and mature manner.
● Strong negotiator and is able to influence without authority & do stakeholder management.
● Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer
experience is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
