We are currently working on our research entitled “Extent of Social Media Addiction and
its Effects on Academic Performance among Grade 11 HUMSS Students in Panabo City Senior
High School for SY 2023-2024.” A written test questionnaire as instrument will be used in the
said research. The questionnaire is a standardized test taken from Zahid et.al., (2016) and
Phasita (2017), the Impact of Social Media on Students Academic Performance of Agusan Del
Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology, Trento Campus.
Knowing your expertise in the field of research and education, we would like to ask for
your help in validating the said instrument before administering it to the participants of this
study.
