Agreement No. 25/2021, Dtd. 01-02-2021. an Iam to inform that, the agreement was made between CTL Global Services Pvt. Ltd., Consultancy, Banglore and myself for the monthly payment of Rs. 1,50,000/-. But the CTL Global Services Pvt. Ltd., Consultancy, Banglore and CTL in association with NEST consultancy is saying that only Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) per month as per agreement made between him and Chief Engineer PWD (NH) Banglore. This is highly objectionable and irregular. Total payment is so far made Rs. 13,50,000/- in piece meal. As per agreement made with me balance amount of Rs. 40.50 Lakhs to be made as on today. Therefore I request you to kindly see that the total payment is made as per agreement. Otherwise issue No Objection Certificate duly settling my payment at the earliest and permit me to join any other new projects else where in the country please.
