Physical education is an integral part of the
general education designed to promote the desired
level of fitness through participation in well
selected activities.
It is an education of and through Human
movement where many educational objectives are
achieved by means of big muscles activities
involving sports, games, gymnastic, dance and

as physical training or PT, is an educational course

draw certain conclusions and
solutions of a problem.

Everyone needs leadership qualities,

each other to inspire, inform, and
knowing how to approach the
different culture of other person in
the game.

like fairplay, cooperation,
sympathey, sportsmanship, and
courtesy.
4. EMOTIONAL
DEVELOPMENT
Emotions are vital for every individual
but excess are always bad.
Developing or controlling the various
emotions like fear, pleasure, hope,
wonder, anger etc.
By participating in physical education
programs, and individual starts having
control over his/her emotions.
5. SPIRITUAL
DEVELOPMENT
The spiritual aspect or
development of an individual is
the most important part to be
develop.
Through participation of various
activities, individual learns to be
brave and confident with his/her
fighting spirit in every game.
It helps our self to have a boost
and energy that we can win this
game.
