RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001, s. 2022

A RESOLUTION MADE BY THE PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION OFFICIALS TO COLLECT

PAYMENT FOR THE SECURITY GUARD AMOUNTING FIFTY PESOS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL
TO JUNE 2022

WHEREAS, the Parent-Teacher Association is requesting the parents to pay fifty pesos (P50.00)
as payment for the security guard for his services from the month of April to June 2022;

WHEREAS, the official of Parent-Teacher Association know that security is needed in the school
especially the school is situated near the national highway and is therefore very prone to
untoward accidents;

WHEREAS, after further discussion together with the rest of the officers and teachers
concerned the officers concluded their final decision of the proposed amount;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Parent-Teacher Association Vice- President Mr. Jestoni C.

Algupera and duly seconded by the PTA Auditor Mrs. Elsie M. Alay and unanimously approved
by the members present, be it;

Association No. 2022-01 approved by the office of the Parent-Teacher Association during the emergency
meeting on April 08, 2022.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Parent-Teacher Association of Lower Tungawan
Central Elementary School TO COLLECT PAYMENT FOR THE SECURITY GUARD
AMOUNTINGFIFTY PESOS FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL TO JUNE 2022

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this resolution to all concerned offices for their
information and implementation.
