Surakarta Heritage. I found a job vacancy advertisement based on the online poster
shared by Instagram that your company needs a staff as Resevation agent and I consider
my self to have the proper experience to qualify for the job.

My name is Lilik Wika Gunawan, I am twenty three years old. I have an educational
background as a hotelier from Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta where I graduated with
IPK 3,89 . I have experience as receptionist four month and as reservationist six month
when internship from some companies I have worked before as well.

With my educational background and my previous as receptionist and reservationist, I

am confident that I have enough qualifications and skills to contribute to your company.
In addiction, I have excellent to operate the computer, including to work with Microsoft
Office and familier with Realta sytem. I also speak fluently in English and I write in
English with no difficulty as well. I can work independently or in a team. I am also hard
worker who always want to progress and grow and also, I am very eager to learn.
