CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that EL FRANCIS CAÑA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,

married and a resident of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, has been
employed as DRIVER in our company from October 2012 to July 2020.

As Company Driver he was able to operate light vehicle as well as heavy

equipment. During his tenure he has rendered services such as:

 Loading and unloading equipment.

 Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good
working order.
 Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the
construction site of the newly constructed building of the company.
 Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying his
Supervisor if maintenance is necessary.
 Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected scraps or
waste.

He was likewise a Mechanic, as it was incorporated in his job being a

Company Driver, in order to be able to immediately apply and perform necessary
minor repairs in case of emergency. As a Mechanic, he was able to:

 Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and automotive

vehicles.
 Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
 Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine
functionality problems.

Moreover, during his free time he had also rendered overtime services in the
construction site of the company where he was tasked to do some landscaping,
wherein he would install rock gardens and fences. More importantly, was the
maintenance of water and drainage systems, as he would ensure that it was set
according to the drainage plan or program of the LGU.

This certification issued upon the request of the above-named person for
employment purposes, this 21st day of November 2023 in Puting Manok
