Pre-requisites

Client needs to provide AWS account access and permissions; access to data sources through APIs, licenses,
and connectors; business logic for data transformation; and single point of contact for solution validation.

Deliverables

Client receives 5 dashboards with the following # of KPIs & sheets in each – Executive (4 sheets, 10 KPIs),
Supply Chain Management (5 sheets, 6 KPIs), Category Performance (4 sheets, 7 KPIs), Sales & Customer
Insights (5 sheets, 9 KPIs), Operations Management (3 sheets, 9 KPIs). Scope of services includes dashboard
and ETL pipeline monitoring, minor modifications to existing pipeline and dashboards, user access
management for dashboards.

Additional services

Any dashboard customization (e.g. addition of visuals, KPIs, modification of calculation, formatting
changes), will be separately priced and quoted according to client requirements. If the data is not in the
required format and needs transformations, Ganit will set up an ETL pipeline and the charges will be
finalized in the SOW.

Pricing

Pricing is exclusive of taxes. Pricing includes expected AWS service usage costs for 1 year for up to 5 users
(AWS service assumptions can be separately provided). Actual AWS service usage may vary. Pricing for
fewer dashboards can be quoted separately.

Support

Remote desk support will be provided between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (India Standard Time), Mon-Fri, except
public holidays. On call (cell phone) support for P1/P2 tickets will always be available. SLAs will be proposed
by Ganit and finalized in the SOW
