TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Ms. Cherylee Anne de Villiers has worked as an ECD class teacher at Centenary School from May
2017 to June 2021. During this time, she taught classes of both the ECD A and ECD B level and at one
stage even a composite class of both grades.

Her lessons were well planned and careful thought was placed on classroom décor and procedures.
New ideas were implemented regularly and adjusted as needed to cater for the students’ individual
needs and increase their level of learning.

Ms. De Villiers collaborated well with her peers and often took on a mentorship role encouraging her
fellow teachers and even participating in their professional development when necessary. She took
an active part in school plays, school graduations and games hosted by the school.

She had a good working relationship with administrative staff and parents.
