    Passion fruit mule

    Easy Serves 1

    Ingredients

    50ml vodka

    50ml passion fruit liqueur

    1 passion fruit, pulp only

    ice

    150ml ginger beer

    lime wedge, to serve

    Method

    Step 1 Pour the vodka and passion fruit liqueur into a tumbler or copper

    cup. Add the fresh passion fruit pulp and mix to combine.

    Step 2 Add ice to a tumbler until it is three-quarters full, then top up with

    the ginger beer. Stir gently. Finish with a lime wedge to serve.
