    Ingredients

    handful of ice

    50ml rose-flavoured gin

    35ml lychee liqueur

    sparkling water, for topping up

    Method

    Step 1 Fill a highball glass with ice.

    Step 2 Pour over the gin and lychee liqueur, then top up with sparkling

    water.
