In the said issue about “Lowering the age of criminal liability from the 18 years
old to 9 and 13 years old. I against of this because they were too young to become a
prisoners. Their minds is still innocent about the crime things. Some of them are
intended to do it not because they want it but because they needed of someone
command them to do that bad things against the law. Instead of imprisoned them, why
just give them a change to change. At a young age they need a love, care and
protection from the adults. They also needed to rehabilitation for them to know that the
things that they do is not right, that there’s so many time to change before it too late.
Anyway they will too young to understands those things that they committed.

We must give them a change to change. It’s not too late for them to change
because as I said earlier that they were young and there’s so many year and a long
journey for them to start a new beginning of their life. It’s must really unfair to them that
they will get imprisoned right after they committed the crime. But in the case about the
drug users some of them give them a chance to change and get better through
rehabilitation. So we must also do the same things about this. In the first place they
were too young compare to the drug users.

“This bill was brought about by the alarming increase in the number of criminals
syndicates using minors to carry out criminal acts based on recent news reports.”
House justices chairman Doy Leachon said in a statement defending the proposal.
Leachon told reporters children would not to be imprisoned, but would instead undergo
“rehabilitation, reformation and confinement” in reformative institutions.

Save the children instead suggested the Juvinile Justice and Welfare Act fully
implement programmes preventing and responding to criminal behavior by children and
reintegrating offending children back into their families.
