External Recruitment advertising information for Debtors’ clerk for BTX Logistics Pty Ltd to
assist the bookkeeper within the Finance department.

 Knowledge of Pastel processing (e.g. journal entries, debtors’ statements), Outlook, MS office
(excel, PowerPoint and word)
 Grade 12 Matric certificate and Higher Certificate in Accounting/ Bookkeeping/ Finance-related
qualification
 Good communication skills
 A detailed CV plus cover letter needs to be submitted with a cover letter how they meet the
selection criteria
 To conduct new product development in marketing
 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting role in a supply chain
 Valid code 08 driver’s license
 Excellent negotiator

 Monitor and validate all invoices
 Prepare a debtor report and submit it to Finance Officer on a monthly basis
