Place the platform and

install

1. Place the
countertop in the use
position so that the
countertop is 25mm
away from the wall.

2.The table top adopts

a split structure, the
middle of the table is
connected by bolts,
and the car wall is also
connected by bolts.
Install the rails and adjust

location

1. Install the bottom rail.

2. Pass the guide rail from
the top down into the
guide rail slider on the
table.
3. After the bottom guide
rails on both sides are all
installed in place, measure
the distance between the
table top and the wall
again. If the distance
becomes smaller, it needs
to be adjusted as a whole
to ensure a distance of
25mm.
4. After adjusting the
spacing, fix the base fixing
plate to the ground with
expansion bolts.
Connect rails

1. Install the upper guide rail

and oil cylinder

2. Align the upper guide rail

with the bottom guide rail and
connect with connecting bolts.
Note that the guide rails must
be installed in alignment.
3.Place the oil cylinder on the oil cylinder seat, and fix the oil cylinder with a
U-shaped clip above.

4.Slide the lift beam into the rails before attaching the rails.

5. Insert the cylinder rod into the lifting beam, and tighten the fixing screws
above the lifting beam to fix the cylinder and the lifting beam.
6. Connect the connecting frame on the guide rail to the guide rail and tighten
the bolts to fix it.

7.Fixed rails. If the track attendance is

installed, it is only necessary to fix the

mounting plate to the wall with
expansion bolts. If the guide rail is not
installed against the wall, it needs to be
fixed by welding a tripod with
accessories according to the distance
between the guide rail and the wall. As
shown. Connect the fixing plate to the
guide rail with bolts, then weld the
fixing plate to the tripod, and fix the
tripod to the wall with expansion bolts.
The fixed interval should be less than 3
meters.
Chains installation

1. Thread the chain

2. The chain connection method is shown on
the right.
3. The fixing method of the chain on the lifting
beam is that the bolts penetrate the lifting
beam, and the nuts are tightened and fixed
above the lifting beam.
The position of the chain on the table is shown in the figure

Connect layer limit switch wires and oil pipes

1.Install the limit switch, and connect the

limit switch and the main control box with
the corresponding label of the plug. The
control wire can be fastened with cable ties
along the frame.

2.Place the pump station reasonably

according to the actual situation on site.
Connect the hydraulic oil pipe to the oil
cylinder and pump station.
Rail cover installation

1.Buckle the outer protective

plate into the guide rail, fix

the front panel to the fixing
frame with self-tapping
screws, and insert the rear
panel into the special groove
of the guide rail, as shown in
the figure below.
2. Put the top cover of the
guide rail on the guide rail
and fix it with self-tapping
screws on the side.
Cabin installation

1.Place the car top on the

car wall. All sides are
fixed down to the car
wall with self-tapping
screws.
2. The door is fixed in the
same way. Place the door
frame at the door of the
table, and fix it laterally
to the car wall with
self-tapping screws.

Choose a reasonable

location for the control box.

Connect the control line to

the device, and plug the

connector corresponding to

the label.

At this point, all equipment is installed.
