Plum Compote with Cinnamon Yogurt

This delicious Plum Compote with Cinnamon Yogurt is a fantastic dessert that can be whipped up in no
time! Topped with cinnamon, it's also perfect for the winter holidays. Tip: If you serve everything in a
clear glass, the various layers will make the dessert look as wonderful as it tastes!

Ingredients for 2 servings

Plums (400 g)
Cornstarch (1 tsp., 6 g)
Plain Greek Yogurt, low-fat (250 g)
Honey (1 tbsp., 20 g)
Cinnamon (to taste)

Instructions for 2 servings

1. Pit the plums and purée one of them using a food processor. Roughly chop the remaining plums.
2. Mix together the puréed plum and cornstarch.
3. Heat the chopped plums in a pot with 1 cup of water and then add the plum-cornstarch mixture.
4. Simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. In the meantime, combine the Greek yogurt and honey.
6. Divide the plum compote into two glasses and top with the yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Enjoy your meal!
