This short tutorial will help you master Genius Sign.
Genius Sign is an intuitive app enabling you to sign,
date, annotate documents or fill up forms.
You can import any image or PDF document from
another app, or scan a paper document using Genius Scan.
Let’s practice! Insert your name below:
………………………………………………..
Now, change its color and adjust its font size.
Drag the orange handles to change the frame if
needed.
(Then slide to the right for the next page)
It’s always useful to quickly add today’s date without having to type it, so we’ve added a specific button. Let’s insert today’s date below:
You can also edit the date format in the settings so
that it shows the weekday.
We’re now getting to the most useful feature of all:
signing! You have several ways to input your signature when tapping the Sign button: • you can draw your signature on a paper and scan it; • you can import a photo of your signature; • or you can draw it using your finger on the screen.
And of course, your signature is saved for next time!
Draw a signature with your initials and insert it here:
Let’s share your document now that it’s filled and signed.
Genius Sign offers a full range of options, from
emailing to faxing with Genius Fax including all the cloud services you could imagine (Box, Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, OneDrive…).
Just pick the sharing method you’re used to.
Last but not least, if you’re concerned about security,
you can add an extra layer protection to your annotated documents and your signatures: enable Face ID (or passcode) in the settings.
