RE: Bad condition of air conditioners
On 10th April , 2020, My company have purchased the 50 air conditioners from your PEL
company but unfortunately these air conditioners did not work good. My company use these
according to instructions.

My company is very disappointed because these air conditioners did not work good .
To resolve the problem, I would like to your company exchange these air conditioners because
when my company have received these air conditioners along warranty cards. I have attached
the warranty cards with this letter.
