your business name/information in front of the families who live in your community. We welcome all types of businesses to
advertise, from dentists, to mechanics, to restaurants, and more! Please review our four [4] sponsorship levels below, as well as
additional information regarding this fundraiser.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Our Student Directory is printed on 8½ x 11-inch white paper in portrait orientation.
● Full page ads will be approximately 7½ in wide x 10 in tall
● Half page ads will be approximately 7½ in wide x 5 in tall
● Quarter page ads will be approximately 3¾ in wide x 5 in tall
● All ads are printed in black and white. We recommend avoiding ads with dark backgrounds as they do not print well.
● Please submit a digital file of your ad only - no hard copies will be accepted. Files should be emailed to
WestPointPTS@gmail.com in a PDF, jpg, png, or doc/docx format by 10/1/23.
● Payment for the ad must be made by 10/6/23 for the student to receive credit toward fundraiser prizes.
● Checks should be payable to “West Point PTS” and can be given to the student or mailed to:
