on the right side.

• Please enter ramp (Block A)

Parking Detector
(Grey Colour)

• This building use High Frequency Access Card, please wave the card
to parking detector (Grey colour) to access the parking.

• Please wait until the boom gate open. If the boom gate not open,
there are security guard near the entrance. They will help you to
open the boom gate.

• We only provide 1 (one) car park for guest. If you have more, please
park at the roadside or paid parking at basement.

• Please drive up to Level 4. Follow arrow direction picture 1 and picture

2 to parking lot.

• Please find pillar N06. Pillar N06 is on the other side, please turn left at
the end of the road.

• Parking lot is next to Pillar N06, parking lot number is RS86.

• Lift lobby entrance just in front of parking lot.

• Please bring together access card to going up to apartment.

(Scanner) • The lift lobby entrance door
are locked. Please use access
card to open the door.

• There are “black device”

near the door. Please tap the
access card at the black
device to open the door.

• All access card

(Parking & residence card)
can use to open the door.
• Once you enter the lift, please tap the access card at the (black device) next to
lift buttons.

• After tap the access card, press button number 22.

• Without tapping the access card, you are unable to press the lift buttons.
• After move out from lift, turn right. There have a door at the corner.

• Unit A-22-14 only behind the door.

 INFORMATION

• Facilities Floor located at Level 8, please bring together access card to

access. Without access card, security guard are not allowed you to enter.

• If you want to go at parking level, please bring together the access card and
tap at the device inside lift.

• Trash Room is near the Lift Lobby, please throw the garbage there before
check out.

• Shop are located at Ground Floor, please bring together the access card to
access the lift and entrance lobby.

• Internet Wi-Fi details are inside the apartment, please find out the detail at
signage next to main door entrance.

• Security Deposit will transfer to guest account number within 24 hours

upon check out time. Please provide account bank detail to our Admin.

• Our check in time is 4:00PM

• Our check out time is 12:00PM
