the repayment schedule agreed upon and attached to the Loan Agreement, the loan shall immediately become due
and Advans Ghana’s right to realize its lien over the assets assigned herein shall be exercisable immediately and
Advans Ghana shall seize and sell the assets which are listed below or assets of a similar nature which may in
the future be owned by me/us and apply the proceeds in satisfaction of my indebtedness.
