I AGREE that IN THE EVENT of any default WHATSOEVER by me in the discharge of my obligations in accordance
with the repayment schedule agreed upon and attached to the Loan Agreement, the loan shall immediately become
due and Advans Ghana’s right to realize the lien over the stocks/assets assigned herein shall be exercisable
immediately and Advans Ghana shall seize and sell all the stocks/assets which are listed below or stocks/assets of
a similar nature which may in future be owned by me and apply the proceeds in satisfaction of my indebtedness.
