I. Title of Activity: SSG Outreach Program

II. Venue: Villaflor Elementary School

Schedule: February 26, 2023

III. Rationale

The Supreme Student Government of BISU- Clarin Campus will conduct an outreach
program in regard to the SSG Calendar of Activities. This will take place on February
26, 2023, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Villaflor Elementary School located in
Villaflor, Clarin, Bohol.

The outreach program gives officers the opportunity to get involved in community
services. Furthermore, this program aims to develop the SSG officer’s potential to
enable and inspire young minds with love and strive for others. This will also help
them build camaraderie and develop Christian values. This is also part of the duties
and functions of the SSG officers to fulfill the Calendar of Activities for the
Academic Year 2022-2023.

IV. Objectives

By the end of the activity the participants will be able to:

1. Realize the deeper sense of service and giving;

2. Help and inspire young minds; and
3. Perform their duties and functions to fulfill the Calendar of Activities for A.Y.
2022- 2023.

V. Methodology / Process

1. Make an activity design;

2. Craft working committees;
3. Submit the activity design to the office of the Campus Director for recommendation
and approval of the University President;
4. Inform the College Dean and the Program Heads;
5. Conduct the activity; and,
6. Evaluate the activity.
