I. Title of Activity: Outreach Program

II. Schedule: December 2, 2022

III. Rationale

The Supreme Student Government of BISU- Clarin Campus will conduct an outreach
program in celebration for the National Children’s Month. This will take place on
December 2, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Bonbon Elementary School located in
Clarin, Bohol. The said program is in partnership with the Research, Development, and
Extension personnel, which will also help the SSG officers realize more of the
significance of them than merely an idea and action.

The aims of this program is to develop the SSG officer’s potential to enable and inspire
young mind. This is also part of the duties and functions of the SSG officers to fulfill the
Calendar of Activities for the Academic Year 2022-2023.

IV. Objectives

By the end of the activity the participants would have:

1. Realize the importance of helping children;

2. Enable the SSG officers to help and inspire young minds; and
3. Perform their duties and functions to fulfill the Calendar of Activities for A.Y.
2022- 2023.

3. Submit the activity design to the office of the Campus Director for recommendation
and approval of the University President;
4. Inform the College Dean and the Program Heads;
5. Conduct the activity; and,
6. Evaluate activity.
